Prof. Dr. Albrecht Fortenbacher lehrt an der HTW Berlin und beschäftigt sich seit 2002 mit eLearning, Lernplattformen und der Integration von Lernplattformen und Hochschulverwaltungssystemen. Er hat maßgeblich die Lernplattform eCampus (auf Basis des LMS CLIX) als zentrales Angebot der Hochschule (neben Moodle) aufgebaut. Gegenwärtig ist er Projektleiter bei „eKompetenz“, einem ESF-geförderten Weiterbildungsprojekt auf den Gebieten eLearning und Projektmanagement und leitet das Projekt LeMo.
Prof. Dr. Agathe Merceron lehrt an der Beuth Hochschule Berlin. Sie leitet den Studiengang Medieninformatik Online und das Labor „Online-Learning“. Seit 2000 forscht sie im fachlichen Kontext technoligieunterstütztes Lernen mit dem Schwerpunkt Educational Data Mining. Sie ist Mitglied in den Programmkomitees der „Deutschen e-Learning Fachtagung 2012“ und der „International Conference on Educational Data Mining 2012“.
Prof. Dr. Margarita Elkina lehrt an der HWR Berlin. Der Schwerpunkt ihrer Tätigkeit liegt bei der Verwaltung personenbezogener Daten sowie Informationsdaten, der Modellierung benutzerfreundlicher, graphischer Oberflächen und den Definitionen der Schnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen Software-Komponenten. Sie beschäftigt sich u.a. mit Erweiterungen der Moodle-Software und XML-basierten Export/Import Funktionen für Lernraumsysteme.
M.A. Liane Beuster studierte Kommunikationspsychologie und Educational Media. Sie war mehrere Jahre als Konzepterin, Autorin und Projektkoordinatorin für Lernmedien in einem Bildungsverlag tätig. An der HTW Berlin betreute sie seit 2010 das eLearning-Förderprogramm und wechselte im Juli 2011 als Koordinatorin in das Forschungsprojekt LeMo.
Dipl. Inf. (FH) Andreas Pursian studierte Angewandte Informatik und Politikwissenschaften, gefolgt von einer mehrjährigen Tätigkeit als IT-Koordinator bei einer NGO. Zuletzt war er als IT-Consultant für eine Organisation der Internationalen Zusammenarbeit tätig. Seit Oktober 2011 verstärkt er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in den Bereichen Informationsvisualisierung und Usability unser Team.
B. Sc. Sebastian Schwarzrock war nach dem Abschluss seines Bachelorstudiums der Medieninformatik als Softwareentwickler tätig. Seit Oktober 2011 arbeitet er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im Projekt „LeMo“ im Bereich Data-Mining.
B. Sc. Boris Wenzlaff studierte an der HTW Berlin Angewandte Informatik. Während seines Bachelorstudiums arbeitete er zwei Jahre in dem Bereich Forschung & Entwicklung der HiSolutions AG und wechselte 2011, im Laufe seines Masterstudiums, in das Forschungsprojekt LeMo.
B.Sc. Leonard M. Kappe studierte Angewandte Informatik an der HTW Berlin. Nach dem Abschluss im Jahr 2011 folgte das konsekutive Master-Studium mit gleichzeitiger Beschäftigung als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter beim Forschungsprojekt LeMo. Prof. Dr. Albrecht Fortenbacher teaches at the HTW Berlin and since 2002 he is concerned with eLearning, learning management systems and the integration of learning management systems and academic management systems. He has significantly built up the learning platform eCampus (based on the CLIX LMS) as the central range of the university (in addition to Moodle). Currently he is project manager at „eCompetence“, an ESF-funded training project in the area of e-learning and project management and he is the chief of the project LeMo.
Prof. Dr. Agathe Merceron teaches at the Beuth University Berlin. She directs the Department of Media and the online computer science laboratory „online learning“. Since 2000, she has been researching in the area of technology supported learning with a focus on Educational Data Mining. She is a member of the program committees „Deutsche eLearning Fachtagung 2012“ and the „International Conference on Educational Data Mining 2012“.
Prof. Dr. Margarita Elkina teaches at the HWR Berlin. The focus of her work is on the management of personal data and information data, the modeling of user-friendly, graphical user interfaces and the definition of interfaces between different software components. Her work includes enhancements to the Moodle software and XML-based export/import functions for learning management systems.
M.A. Liane Beuster studied communication psychology and Educational Media. She worked for several years as a conceptual designer, author and project coordinator for learning media at an educational publishing house. Since 2010 she was in charge of the e-learning support program at the HTW Berlin and since July 2011 she coordinates the research project LeMo.
Dipl. Inf. (FH) Andreas Pursian studied applied computer science and political science, followed by several years working as an IT coordinator at an NGO. He previously worked as an IT consultant for an organization of international cooperation. Since October 2011, he strengthened our team as a researcher in the fields of information visualization and usability.
B. Sc. Sebastian Schwarzrock was after completing his bachelor’s degree in media computer science active as a software developer. Since October 2011 he works as a research fellow in the project „LeMo“ in the field of data mining.
